Toolbar is not displayed due to not selected.
Cause:
The desired toolbar is not selected in the Toolbars dialog box.
Solution:
Select the 'View' menu, select 'Toolbars...', and select the desired toolbar check boxes.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The Toolbars dialog box appears.)
2) Select the check boxes for all desired toolbars.
3) (Optional) Click 'Customize...'. (The Customize Toolbars dialog box appears.)
a) Select the desired Toolbar category from the 'Categories' list box.
b) Click desired button from the 'Buttons' group. (The description of the button appears in the Description box at the bottom of the dialog box.)
c) Press and hold down the mouse button over the desired button from the 'Buttons' group.
d) Drag the desired button to the toolbar where it is to be inserted.
e) Release the mouse button. (The toolbar button appears in the desired location.)
f) Click 'Close'. (The selected toolbars and buttons appear.)
4) (Optional) To restore the selected toolbar to the original settings, click 'Reset'.
5) (Optional) Click 'New' to create a customized toolbar.
6) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Click 'Cancel' to abort any changes made.
